The house

The holiday home Casa del Ponte is built on three floors. On the ground floor you can find the living room, with the exit on the historic center of the village, and a small adjoining studio. The main feature of this area is the freshness during the hot months and the natural warmth during the colder seasons thanks to the contact of interior walls with natural rock.

The second floor includes the main entrance, a very wide kitchen and the third bedroom with two twin separated beds.

The second floor is reached by a staircase in natural stone, here are the two main bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second bedroom provides an access to the balcony from which you can admire the valley below and the old part of the village.

The services offered are varied: central heating, WIFI internet in every room, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite and digital terrestrial television. The total floor area is about 110 square meters.
